In modern times, education as well as work experience is equally important.

While some people believe

that getting a degree from university enables a person to secure job in future, others assume that it
would be best to go direct to work and get experience. This essay will discuss both the views and explain
why I believe that getting a degree from university is better.

To begin with, going direct to work and getting experience makes person more confident. For instance,
when a person started from the early age, the he gets chance to learn more. In addition, he also gets to
correct his mistakes. As a result, he would have more experience and knowledge in that particular field.
Further, he would be able to guide others. This in return makes him more confident. Also, mostly those
who started working soon tends to have more ideas than those who have degree. This is mostly seen in
engineering field. For example, an engineer study hard and pass out with a degree from university,
whereas contractor are mostly uneducated. While working together in site, it is seen that contractor’s
with more work experience would have more knowledge of the site than those engineer’s. Hence, for
these reasons, some people believe that is better to go directly to work and get experience.

Others, however, including myself believe that it is must that a person complete their studies and get a
degree. This insures people to getting more chance of job in future. For instance, many of the offices
have rules and regulation that mentions for getting a job people must complete certain academic level.
So, as to meet the criteria, people must complete their education. Also, getting a degree enables people
to get chance to work abroad in renown company. In addition, those people with degree are assumed to
be more knowledgeable and have more chance to be accepted by companies. Consequently, they future
would be secured and they would be able to live ease life in future.

In conclusion, it is true that going directly to work helps people to get more experience. However, I
believe that getting a degree from universities increase a chance to get good job in future.
