Thank you for this opportunity, I am glad to be on the penal today.

Before starting, I would like to ask What is Justice? Is it the revenge one wants when he suffers
any loss? Or Is it what their ethics say? Or is it what the law does?
Justice is a very subjective word and there can’t be one perfect way of bringing justice.
Even if we go by the book, there are quite a few holes in the system of law itself.
We can take an example of India- There are more than 4 crores pending cases in India and total
judges are 20,000, which means one judge for 2000 cases.
It is not possible to hire good lawyers unless you can pay an arm and leg. Also, wealthy and
influential people might misuse the system by bribing the officials or the judge.

Peace- Peace means a state or period in which there is no war or conflict. Ever since the
establishment of UN in 1945, there have been only 26 days of peace. This clearly states that
there are some major issues either in the organization or in our ideas of peace in the world.
Absolute peace can be obtained only in such a Utopian world where every individual willingly
accepts to follow one set of rule or to have one ruler. But Utopia isn’t possible
In this world, where every 10 people you meet will have some or the other social, economic,
religious or any other difference from the next 10 people you meet, where diversity is so vast,
so many communities, so many different goals, everyone will never be satisfied. And when
people are not satisfied, they show their dissatisfaction. They raise their voices, sometimes in
more peaceful ways and sometimes so loud, that the vibrations shake up the very existence of
peace.
