A. My Reflections on Case No. 1

I intend to be an innovator as a future teacher in order to get my

pupils to pay greater attention to my lessons. I must also produce fresh ideas
and thoughts as an innovator. While some teachers have already been
introduced to technology, others continue to rely on outdated methods.
Students should be exposed to technology such as computers nowadays since
it significantly improves their ability to pay attention in class.
Teachers must make the transition from traditional instruction to a
more contemporary approach through the use of technology such as
PowerPoint presentations, videos, and other similar tools. This is how a
teacher can alter her teaching technique to avoid boredom among her
students.
In the classroom, teachers should be innovators, doing something
unexpected to help students extract ideas and thoughts. You should be
prepared and skilled in the teaching process as an innovator since a good
teacher innovates the curriculum. Innovations have the potential to improve
both our individual lives and the economies of nations.

B. What my partner said about my reflections:

Ms. Palapan agreed with what I wrote in my reflection in Case No. 1 as

an inventor. She went on to say that good teachers are known for their
inventiveness and ingenuity.
