Omar,

I have $ IM+ worth or loans that I can't do anything with because Chase will not provide us with the simple
assignment/allonge documentation which we have requested for over a year.

Please send me a copy of the retraction letters for each of the loans which were not indicated by as "buy backs"
along with the tracking information today in good faith. This will go a long way since the few borrowers that we
spoke to claim they never received the retraction letters. Additionally, for Saleh Ahmed, i'm going to need someone
at Chase to sign an affidavit that my attorney needs to prepare that will include a copy of the retraction letter and
date it was sent to the borrower so we can submit it to the judge. He is really pissed!

Lastly, I'm going to prepare a list of allonges, and corrective assignments that we need from Chase. Please find
someone at Chase who has the authority to execute them. I will also recap a list of loan buy backs that need to be
addressed and resolved.

All of the issues above problems and issues were caused by Chase, not us. We would like all of this resolved
expeditiously just as you would and I hope to have your cooperation.

Correction to your c01mnents below. Chase sent out retraction letters to your borrowers as agreed (via overnight delivery). In
addition, we have tracking that confirms the retraction letters were sent.

So again, you received a checks totaling close to $440k ,vith the agreement that we would receive the assigmnents back shortly
after receiving the checks. Per your previous emails you understood that we needed the assigmnents back within 5 calendar
days and agreed to those tenns. That's where I take issue. Not sure what the confusion is about specific to this DOJ
remediation issue. In addition, I ensured you received the checks in as expeditious a manner as possible.

Hi Omar.

Unfortunately things seem to be coming to an impasse due to continued complications regarding loans which we acquired in
good faith from Chase. We have too many files in which we have been waiting for an allonge or a proper assigmnent of
mortgage from JPMorgan Chase Bank, many for more than a year despite over 100 correspondences in total! This has
substantially delayed or caused our pending legal actions to be voided. As you recall, we have an agreement dated December
5 th , 2012(originally dated November 20 th , 2012) regarding both parties obligations in regards to the repurchases and retractions.
Chase did not send out fonnal retraction/apology letters to any 1st Fidelity borrowers as required by the Agreement as dictated
by Chase, despite over scores of correspondences from September through early December 2012 requesting such. We have
spent countless hours of aggravation and fmstration through no fault of our own. We have absolutely no cooperation nor line of
c01mnunication with any document support department for these assigmnents and allonges and have no confidence that any of
the non DOJ buyback situations will be resolved.

Please be on the lookout for another Non DOJ related problem by the name of Vickie Pridgen. This loan was sold to 1st
Fidelity as a 1st lien mortgage on October 29 th , 2010 by Amanda Beitler/David Dobson. I have attached a copy of the title
supplied by Chase at that time along with a screen printout with c01mnents showing it was a 1st lien. However the loan was paid
off with a FNMA refinance loan in 2003. The attorney's for FNMA have supplied us a copy of the HUD-1, proof of payment to
Chase and a letter instructing Chase to i1mnediately freeze the credit line and cancel the Deed of Trust. The borrower Vickie
Pridgen has already executed a Deed In Lieu and supposedly vacated the property. Counsel for the bank have threatened to file
complaints with the Department of Financial Regulation, Attorney General, etc. in the State of North Carolina if we do not
execute a satisfaction i1mnediately, which we have no intention of doing.

Thus, things are just getting too complicated and all of the requested documentation regarding the Agreements have been turned
over to our counsel "in tmst" who will be contacting Chase counsel directly in an attempt to expedite the transfer of requested
documents by both parties and for the resolution of other DOJ and Non DOJ related buyback requests. I understand that you
are just relaying policy from above regarding many decisions and that you may not have any control over the resolution of some
of these issues(othenvise, they would have surely been resolved i1mnediately), which is why this needs to get wrapped up
attorney to attorney. Hopefully they can get it done expeditiously. Please don't take it personally, sticky situations like this are
exactly what attorneys are for. If you can provide me with a point person in the legal department, we can probably get things
moving even faster. Please respond via email.

Yes. That is what I was implying. That is why we are not sending borrowers any 1099's for debt forgiveness, just 1098's for
any interest paid during 2012.

Larry the assigmnent department is internal to Chase, so the requests would need to be directed to the area where the problem
originated, in this case Recovery.

As to the issue of 1099, I guess maybe I'm confused. If we're buying the loan back with the intention of e~iinguishing the debt I
just want to make sure that we are e~iinguishing off the most recent statement balance generated at the time of servicing transfer.
Make sense?

The loans referenced below are 3rd party serviced through BSI so they have to be properly deboarded and they will
be sending out the proper 1098-1 mortgage interest statements. The borrowers will not be receiving 1099-C's as we
have agrees to any debt forgiveness.

That's correct. What am I specifically referring to is the amounts they will be receiving 1099's on. As to the second piece below
there is group in Monroe LA that handles assigmnents etc. They have a general mailbox setup for such requests. The originating
request would come in through the line of business and they basically act as the centralized HUB or fulfillment group.

I will work on it when I get in tomorrow morning. Just to confirm, these three are strictly repurchases(not payoffs)
and that Chase will be sending the borrowers any required disclosures such as REP SA- Notification of Loan Transfer.

Do you know if there is a contact at Chase for us to get the note endorsements and assignments that we have been
requesting on various mortgages we acquired such as Gamez and Hamill?
