This is a tool I created to rough draft characters. It helps calculate a characters final level and available perks based on
Skill Level expected skill levels. It also helps estimate final attributes and spell cost.

Character Level & Perks

1. Select Race from drop down box, this will calculate starting skill bonuses which affect total level ups.
2. Select builds skills from drop down box.
3. Input estimated final skill level
4. Allocate level up points by entering amounts on respective rows of "Level ups" line.
5. Plug in any enchantment bonuses or other stat bonuses (Atronach Stone, etc.) in the respective line.
6. If you plan on making a skill legendary, just enter it a second time in the skills section.

Spell Cost Instructions

1. Enter Spell Name and Base Cost
2. Enter peak skill level when casting the spell (ex. if the build's Destruction skill will max out at 50, enter 50).
3. Enter Perk reduction. In vanilla this is 50% but in mods like Ordinator it varies so just enter amount granted.
Final Level 35 4. Enter cost reduction from gear and any other reduction (Shaldor's Insight, etc.)
