in the organization.

In order to be a leader in TQM, a manager must set an inspiring vision, communicate clear
strategic directives, and develop principles that serve as a guide for employees. In order for
TQM to be successful in the workplace, the manager must be dedicated to motivating his staff. A
supervisor must comprehend TQM, have faith in it, and show this faith and commitment by
putting it into everyday practice. In order to offer focus, clarity, and direction, the supervisor
ensures that strategies, philosophies, beliefs, and goals are communicated throughout the
whole organization. The necessity of senior management introducing and directing TQM is a
crucial topic. Top management must be committed to and personally involved in developing and
implementing explicit quality values and goals that are consistent with the company’s
objectives, as well as in developing and implementing well-defined systems, procedures, and
performance measurements for achieving those goals.
