How can Cleveland Clinic AD set itself apart from its rivals?
One of the top destinations for medical tourism is the UAE, with Abu Dhabi coming in ninth (70.26) and
Dubai sixth (71.85) among the top 20 region in 2020–2021 (Statista, 2022). The top three heath issues in
UAE are cardiovascular disease, injuries, and cancer (Loney, 2013).

The best route to get an advantage over competitors is to set oneself apart from others, and Cleveland
Clinic Abu Dhabi has done this by creating a luxurious atmosphere and offering care experiences that are
incomparable to those offered by more local healthcare institutions like SEHA. With six centers of
excellence and over 40 additional specialized institutes available in Abu Dhabi with a distinctive
specialized care model that meets thee coummunity complex heathcare requirements and a capacity of
364 expandable to 490 beds, Cleveland Clinic is one of the best American hospitals and is regarded as one
of the best largest hospitals in Abu Dhabi (Cleveland: Who We Are, n.d ).

greatest specialized, customized cancer treatments with the benefit of having advanced medical/surgical
techniques and diagnostics including 17 cancer-specific programs, as well as before- and after-treatment

With their oncology institute and the expansion of the new cancer center building, Cleveland Clinic will
gain a competitive advantage opportunity that will set them apart from their rivals and guarantee the best,

cancer center can provide integrated strateft to diagnose and treat domestically instead of patients oupting

Organization to create an exceptional atmosphere and generate activities services and connected
community for the patients.
