This amount not including GST/Tax 10%
This amount including other expenses
The BOQ base on architectur drawing that was supply to us. This building project will use 100% structure from "Bluescoope Light Steel Frame"

Note :
Term and Condition :
1. 50% deposit when sign contract
2. 50% payment after 7 days or 1 day before delivery
3. This BOQ will finish after 1 month, and will be change the prices according situation and condition.
4. The amount is not fixed, it can be changed anytime acoording to situation and condition.
