Dear Sir,

This is with due respect, We have Completed the Trial Operation of ATFD (Agitated thin film
dryer/Evaporator) unit that is heated by Thermic fluid boiler. In working Operation of ATFD, following
data is generated.

MVR Reject 30% Solid waste water Feed Flow : 150 kg /hr.

Condensate collected per hour : 102 liter / hr.

Condensate water TDS in ppm : 488 mg./ liter.

10% wet dry Solid out put per hour. : 51.240 kg /hr.

Total power consumed per hour : 6.28 Kwh (unit)

Ampare load Current Range : 14 Ampare 3 ph.

Shell Skin Temperature Range : 188 - 215° C

Now This ATFD plant can be operated in above range of data smoothly.
Your Operator have been trained well and instructed for smooth operation of drying of MVR
Evaporator Reject waste water so that you industry can achieve the ZLD mark of waste water
treatment and maximum amount of waste water recycle back to process. We have hand over the
plant to your operator for Sludge production and recovery of Condensate.
