Sub.: For Repair and Renormalise of two RO PLANT of Haemodialysis

department and same for old RO PLANT available at hospital.
Dear Sir,
This is with due respect, and with reference above sub. & your letter,
For Haemodialysis department RO PLANT-1 & RO PLANT-2, need
replacement of RO membrane 4040 in two nos and micron filter
cartridge in one nos , and general RO plant maintenance work for
cleaning of sand media filter activated carbon filter, and recharge of
softener unit , apart from that removal of leackage from system.
Cost work out. For RO plant-1
(1) RO membrane 4040 - 2 no @ Rs 12,750/- each + 18% GST.
(2) Sand filter & Carbon - 2no @ Rs 1850 /- each + 18 % GST.
Cleaning in place
(3) Complete Service work to run : Rs 4500/- + 18% GST.
 On normalised data of RO plant
Cost work out. For RO plant-2:
(1) Complete Service work to run : Rs 4500/- + 18% GST.
On normalised data of RO plant

Total Cost of Conditioning of both RO plant : Rs 38,200 /- + 18%

GST.
