In exercise of the power conferred under section-25 of the Water (Prevention and
Control of Pollution) Act-1974, under section-21 of the Air (Prevention and Control of
Pollution) Act-1981 and under rule 6(2) of the Hazardous and Other Wastes
(Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules-2016, framed under the
Environmental (Protection) Act-1986.

And whereas Board has received consolidated consent application No. 181008
dated 19/08/2020 for the Consolidated Consent and Authorization (CC & A) of this
Board under the provisions/rules of the aforesaid Acts. Consolidated Consent&
Authorization is hereby granted as under

said rules.

2. The unit shall comply with provisions of Plastic Waste Management Rules,
2016 and as amended in 2018.

2.0 cONDITIONS UNDER WATER (PREVENTION & CONTROL) OF POLLUTION

ACT, 1974:

2.1 There shall be no water used for industrial purpose.

2.2 The quantity of domestic water consumption shall not be exceeded 100 Litre/day.

2.3 There shall be no discharge of industrial wastewater from manufacturing process

and other ancillary operations.
2.4 The quantity of the domestic waste water (sewage) shall not be exceeded 100
Litre/day.
2.5 Domestic effluent shall be disposed off through Septic tank/Soak pit system.

3.0 CONDITIONS UNDER AIR (PREVENTION & CONTROL) OF POLLUTION ACT,

1981:

3.1 There shall be no used of fuel, hence there no flue gases emission.

3.2 There shall be no process gas emission from the manufacturing activities as well
as any other ancillary industrial operations.

3.3 The concentration of the following substances in the ambient air within the
premises of the industry and at a distance of 10 meters from the source (other
than the stack/ vent with height of more than 9 meters from the ground level) shall
not exceed the following levels:

3.4 The applicant shall provide portholes, ladder, platform etc at chimney(s) for
monitoring the air emissions and the same shall be open for inspection to/and for
use of Board's staff. The chimney(s) vents attached to various sources of
emission shall be designed by numberS such as S-1, S-2, etc. and these shall be
painted/displayed to facilitate identification.

3.5 The applicant shall operate industrial plant / air pollution control
equipment very
efficiently and continuously so that the gaseous emission always conforms to the
standards specified in condition no. 3.2& 3.3 above.

3.6 The consent to operate the industrial plant shall lapse if at any time the
parameters of the gaseous emission are not within the permissible limits specified
in the condition no. 3.2& 3.3 above.

3.7 The Industry shall take adequate measures for control of noise levels from its own
sources within the premises so as to maintain ambient air quality standards in
respect of noise to less than 75 dB(A) during day time and 70 dB (A) during night
time. Daytime is reckoned in between 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and night-time is reckoned
between 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
3.8 The applicant shall at his own cost get samples of ambient air quality collected &
analyzed from an approved laboratory once in three months for the
