Instructions for Summer Internship Project (SIP) Report

1. Students have to complete their Project Work within 6-8 weeks during Summer
Vacations and submit the report to their respective faculty supervisors within the given
time.
2. Keep the soft copy with you in a pen-drive and in e-mail as an attachment.
3. Font for the written matter inside the report:
Spacing-1.5; Font style-Times New Roman; Size-14 (Chapter names-Bold & underlined
20, Headings-Bold & underlined 18 & Sub-headings- Bold & underlined 16); Margins:-
Left-1.5 in, Right-1 in, Top-1 in, Bottom-1 in
4. Numbering system to be followed:

Processes of Performance Appraisal adopted by the organisation (starting from
