Why you should live with a healthy lifestyle?

Nutrition and exercise are essential for human health, survival, and brain growth throughout life.
Weekly exercise and a well-balanced diet boost endurance, physical growth, cognitive development, and
productivity. Malnutrition is regarded a serious condition that inhibits children's capacity to study and
causes them to do poorly in school.

Nutrition is one of the most important aspect to maintain throughout our daily living, me as a student
learner who really needs a source of energy in order to perform well in academic classes. Nutrition
affects the cognitive and body of a person, which makes sense why malnutritioned individuals doesn't
perform well in their academics. The study of (Asmare B. et al, 2018) revealed that indicators of
undernutrition were prevalent among school-age children. Thus, collaboration between the health and
education sectors is required to alleviate the problem of malnutrition.

Now let's talk about how important is exercise in our body to our way for living a healthy lifestyle. As
you get older, regular exercise enhances your quality of life, or your ability to appreciate things. It can
boost brain health and lower the risk of Alzheimer's disease (a brain disease that causes memory loss).
Exercising can help you avoid falling and being hurt. Lastly, exercise enhances learning and brain health.
It has the potential to improve people's sleep. Your body produces hormones that make you feel good
when you workout. Exercise can help you feel less depressed and anxious, it can also offer you a sense
of satisfaction and pride for achieving a goal.
