• conscious on calorie consumption

• body weight monitoring

• drinking more than 8 glasses of waters a day

• eating in moderation
bad eating habits

• skipping meal

• not eating on time

• sometimes lazy to cook for vegetables and decide to go for canned goods

• fast phase eating which leads to hiccups

3. I would focus on correcting my bad habits when eating and I will make sure to avoid or atleast eat less
of the unhealthy foods I usually eat on weekly basis.

4. First is to identify factual positive and healthy habits base on experts, after that is to apply on outing
and eating occassions with either friends or with family.
