1. Visit the Hazard Hunter website of the Department of Science and

Technology (DOST): https://hazardhunter.georisk.gov.ph/

2. Type in the Search Box the location of your local government unit (LGU). You
can select your local hall in particular. See sample below.

3. Double-click on the map the location of your city hall, for example. See
sample below.

4. Go to Assessment Results to see the hazards within your area. See sample
below.

5. Based on the results and your own analysis/experience, accomplish the
matrix in page 4 and assess whether your LGU is at low, medium or high risk
per hazard.

6. Once accomplished, save the file and submit assignment via Training
Information Management System (IMS).

Deadline is not later than 2100H of this day.
