i. Every time you notice a problem/frustration in your life,
record it!
Start seeking out problems & create a list of opportunities
ii. Then Think: what things that bother people as a chance
to create a product/service that people are sure to love –
solve their problems.
iii. If you can offer a Great Solution to a BIG Problem for
people, then you have the beginning of a Great Business.

i. Most people think of the customer as the person who pays
for a product/service. Technically that’s true. But it doesn’t
always that the person paying the bill is the one who
making the decision.
Who is the real decision maker? Whose problem you actually
solve?
ii. Another way to define who your really customer is,
involves life circumstances.
Success depends on knowing who your customer really is
and what the problem really is.

i. Reframe a problem: think about it in a way that
generates ideas and solutions.
ii. Start with: “how might i/we…” and refine the problem
until you arrive at a specific point where you can focus
your ideas and creativity.

customer with a solution to a problem they didn’t realize
they had.
- Customer consciously don’t always know what they want.
This is a problem. Define it & solve it!
- The most innovative entrepreneur find problems others
haven’t solved yet. That can be accomplished by
changing the way you phrase the problem. It is an
ingenious way to stand out in the market.
