Dear Sir,
We are sending you the subject results (Ref. Lab # 22/SS/MUA/GBWN/199) for the
above-mentioned project. Kindly find attached here with the test result sheets for your
information and record.

Note:
These samples were collected, labeled, and delivered to the SAFE lab by a Contractor
representative. The results were prepared on the basis of delivered samples. So, therefore
M/s. SAFE services were not responsible for the execution of work at the site and also
not responsible for the quality of work.

The sample will be distorted after 10 days of issuing results if you have any confusion
with your results kindly contact us within 10 days after issuing results.
