Engr.

Christianee Faith Balondo

Far from the previous engineers who gave an inspirational message like this, I was neither a board
topnotcher nor graduated cum laude but one thing we have in common is that we're all engineers.

Not that I'm discouraging you to be a board topnotcher or to graduate cum laude, but my point is that
do not stress yourself over these things instead you gotta aim for that diploma and eventually for the
most coveted PRC license, graduating with honors and being a topnotcher is just a bonus for going a
kilometer when you only needed a meter.

During my time, I was not a bright student but I study and see to it I submit all
requirements/plates/assignments on time. If there is one thing that I learned from being a CE student
and something you should be is to be DILIGENT, it can take you to 5th year unscathed, trust me I know.
And most especially is to have friends you could count on and you could use! Just kidding!

Kidding aside, let me share this inspirational quote I’ve heard from a podcast; it’s the skill that gets you a
job but that will get you promoted. So, you better keep aiming for that diploma and strive to be better.

Same goes with student leaders, continue to lead and do good in leading and it will take you places
especially when you’re already professionals.

Best of Luck Future Engineers!
