Aug. Restaurant with one hundred seats i drew a wine list with classic and natural
wines. I am responsible to organise and manage the wine seller stocks.
I do not believe in miracles, I believe that all we achieve
are 100% of our dedication and 10% is the luck. I prepared wine training for all staff. The restaurant have an everage
of eithy couverts per nigth.
