A Narrative Report on the Accomplishment of PROJECT


W.A.T.C.H
of Alfredo A. Aledia Elementary School for the SY 2021-2022

Holistic education is concerned with developing individuals who


are well-balanced in their outlook in life and personal understanding of
themselves in relation to the world. It presupposes that a person may find
meaning and purpose not only through mainstream education, but also in
making connections to the community, to the natural world, and to humanitarian
values.

Alfredo A. Aledia Elementary School adheres to this premise; hence,


envisions to mold learners to become responsible citizen and enlightened
leaders equipped with life skills and imbued with desirable values towards
the building of humane and productive society.

As a W.A.T.C.H. School, AAAES primarily aims to strengthen the value of


punctuality and honesty. It also aspires to contribute and support the moral renewal
program focused on the actualization of the value of honesty and time
consciousness.

To strengthen the advocacy of


Project Watch, the school conducted the
following activities
A. Parent’s Orientation and
Launching on Awareness of
Project W.A.T.C.H during PTA
meetings,
Launching and Orientation of Project W.A.T.C.H were included in the agenda
during the First Virtual PTA General Assembly last October 13,2022.During the
orientation and launching, the school Project W.A.T.C.H coordinator ,Dureza
C. Teric emphasized the advocacy of the said program and explained its
importance.

B. Involvement of all stakeholders of the School plans, projects and


programs.

2.. Review of the ESIP wirh the School Planning Team

To secure stakeholders involvement as well as to find the best programs that could
mold learners into a better citizens , our principal, Lubel A. Baṅaria invites community
stakeholders to help create the best programs as well as how will it be implemented together
with the community,
The school adherers to the advocacy of transparency by letting the stakeholders know the
school budget as well as how it will be spent throughout the year

C. Installation of the following information media for awareness


and reminders for the commitment on the
consciousness of honesty and punctuality and for the updates and
information dissemination about incoming W.A.T.C.H activities

1. Alfredo A. Aledia Elementary School’s Citizen Charter

The school updated the school citizen charter so that we can be


accountable and client friendly. Also it help the school ensure transparency,
improve service as well as it can save time of both the school and its client
2. Project WATCH Bulletin

Theinstallation of the Project W.A.T.C.H Bulletin is to recognize Project W.A.T.C.H


advocates quarterly.

These recognition is given to learners, parents and teachers.

1. Teachers were recognized according to promptness of submission of


reports, shows no tardiness and absences during the quarter.

2. Parents were recognized according to their support to the school and


as well as to their support to their child shown in the submission of
modules, attendance to meetings and activities.

3. Learners are awarded according to their prompt submission of


modules as well as honesty is evident in answering their modules
D. Celebration of PROJECT W.A.T.C.H Month

A. Kickoff Celebration

The unveiling of the Project W.A.T.C.H tarpaulin held after the flag
ceremony on the 6th day of June,2022 signals the start of the Project W.A.T.C.H
month

The teacher led the “ I watch you” hand signal for the learners to master.
They also explained to the learners the importance of time consciousness and
honesty.

The kick off ended with the community dance of Project W.A.T.C.H
B. Activities

1. Kinder, Grade 1 and Grade 2 Learners do the coloring of PROJECT


WATCH Name
2, Grades 3 – 5 made a list of commitment to practice time
consciousness and honesty in the school and in their community
2. Grade 6 learners were given insights about time consciousness
and honesty by Mr. Johnny Tadlas, Mrs. Jenny Palaca and Mrs.
Madilyn Sanico.
3. Culmination program was held last June 20,2022
The culmination focuses mainly on giving recognition to
deserving learners.

Elementary School strongly

supports the Project W.A.T.C.H. advocacy


program on time consciousness and
honesty. Though faced with the challenge
of fashioning effective means to ensure that the significance of these virtues are
deeply internalized within the learners, AAAES will continuously commit itself
to the vision of a peaceful and more humane society through positive change.
