I am Arolf John Michael F. Limbo a third-year college student from the College of
Teacher Education taking up Bachelor of Physical Education in Laguna State
Polytechnic University. I am requesting to change my section from section A to
section B for the reason of:

 I am living at Ma’am Elaine Francisco’s House with other students from

section B.
 I am a resident from Quezon Province.
 To have an easy transportation in going to school.
 The schedule of my classes will be the same with the other students I am living
with.
