Liability has great importance in this contemporary society where so many kinds of
offences are there and the rate is emerging as to give more emphasis to liability of the
persons committing the offences because when a wrong is done to some other person it
has to be compensated by putting liability on the wrongdoer that is why this concept is
very important. Now when we talk about the application of liability, then we have to
take the kinds of different liabilities, into consideration, as each one is exclusive and
has different application.
