1. segregation – the action or state of setting someone or something apart from other people or things
or things or being set apart (set something apart )

2. discrimination – discrimination is the act of setting people apart because of many differences. Some
are like racial profiling or age discrimination.

3. campaign – (1) to work together to achieve a goal (2) a set of organized actions that political
candidates undertake in the attempt to win an election.

4. abrupt – to do something fast ,in a hurry, unexpected or sudden.

5. democratically – in accordance with the principles of democracy.


( democracy meaning - it means that a government or a place or something is ruled by people. )

6. dedicated – devoted to something like a task or something that has a purpose. It could also mean
loyalty.

7. negotiate – means to try to make the best deal possible with someone that has something you want.
(not specifically.) (of a person) devoted to a task or purpose; having single-minded loyalty or integrity.

8. denial – can be to object or deny something. To be in denial means to not accept something that is
happening or something that is.

9. suppress – to retain something back or to hold something back.(forcibly put an end to)

10. plight – a dangerous, difficult, or otherwise unfortunate situation.
