I. Contract Parties
ANTON BIELOBORODOV, of legal age, married, and a resident of One Serendra, 11 th Avenue,
Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, referred to subsequently as “EMPLOYER”.
And
MA CRISEL V. TOBIAS, of legal age, single, and a resident of 316 Sumapang Bata, Malolos City,
Bulacanto, referred to subsequently as “EMPLOYEE”.
Taking care of the Family’s children including but not limited to the following:
A. Put the absolute safety of the children first before all other responsibilities
B. Tend to children’s basic needs such as bathing, dressing, changing diapers,
brushing teeth, and afternoon naps
C. Administer medicine to children as directed by Family.
D. Prepare meals for children during scheduled hours; clean up kitchen and
dining table when completed.
E. Participate and supervise activities with children, which would include:
games, walks, play dates, playground outings and reading to children daily
F. Clean children’s laundry (clothes and bed linens)
General house cleaning including but not limited to:
A. Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms
B. Mopping/Vacuuming floors
C. Dish washing
D. Dusting furniture and cleaning windows
E. Making beds and changing sheets
o Laundry and ironing
o Completing errands (i.e. grocery shopping)
o Preparing food ingredients for cooking as directed by employer
o Occasional cooking for household upon request
o Other light duties as requested
o Supervision of facilities or maintenance personnel while on the premises
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Although this agreement outlines the key duties of the Employee, it is not all-inclusive and
from time to time the employee may be asked to perform additional duties that contribute to
the safety and well-being of the children and family.
III. Duration
This contract shall be in force for one year from the date of signature of both parties. Employer
and Employee hereby agree to a one-year employment commitment unless Employee is
terminated for cause.
IV. Remuneration
The employee will receive 16,000 PHP per month for full time (5 full days per week) work. This
amount includes base salary and all required shares of PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-ibig payments.
The employee is responsible for paying both the employer and the employee shares of these
benefits and will provide the employer with regular receipts to verify their payment. The
employee will also receive 2,000 PHP transportation allowance. Overtime will be paid at the
rate of 100 PHP per hour.
Philippine holidays are “off” days. Any work performed on these days will be considered
overtime and paid accordingly.
A paid vacation of 10 total working days will be provided by the employer. These vacation days
will accrue at the rate of 2 days per month until the maximum of 10 is reached.
VII. Confidentiality
Employee understands that any and all private information obtained about the employers’
family during the course of her employment, including but not limited to medical, financial,
legal, career and Family’s assets are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third
party for any reason.
VIII. Termination
Following the completion of the trial period, the termination of this contract will occur under
the following circumstances;
The employee is required to provide a 14-day (2 weeks) notice of their intention to terminate
the contract. At the point of the termination, the employee will be provided their final

the contract. At the point of the termination, the employee will be provided their final payment
of unpaid wages (pro-rated if applicable) plus a severance amount of one month’s salary. If no
14-day notice is provided, the employer will provide an additional two weeks (10 working days)
payment.
