For me the role of science and technology in our society today

plays a big part for us because science and technology are the
reasons why we create new ideas and knowledge that will help
humans to innovate and improve the way of living of people. For
example, innovations on technology and machineries that we use
and better solutions on problems that we are facing on foods,
education, and health.
2. STS must be taught to the students because learning STS will help
to develop way of thinking of students when it comes on solving
issues and problems that are presented in real life context and it
also helps students to pursue knowledge and to explore new
ideas that would help on improving human lives
