Objectives:
The primary objective of this course is, to provide basic knowledge regarding
organizational behavior. For this purpose, course is divided into three different parts given
as under as:
1. Individual aspects like ability and learning, values, attitudes, personality, emotions,
perception, individual decision making, motivation and job satisfaction.
2. Covers group behavior, basic approaches of leadership, communication, power and
politics, conflict and negotiation.
3. The numerous valuable insights into organizational system, structure, work design
and technology, HR policies and practices, organizational culture, change and stress
management.

Competencies:
At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
