• Identify works performed by each department.

• Define safety as per the work, work location and the nature of work.

• Maintenance to define the safety requirements as per the works performed and the location
where work is being performed.

• Safely for all the vehicles being deployed in site by all departments is to be defined.

• Issuance of work permits

• Notice format to be created to be issued on site when and where safety is not ensured.

• Two staff to be identified from toll collectors and are to be dedicatedly involved in maintaining
site safety

• Inventory for safety equipment of departments to be created and procured if needed.

• Inventory of safety equipment to be maintained by the contractor to be created and defined

frequent reconciliation to be done.

• Procurements involvement to be taken if needed.

• Notice Issuance process to be defined and penalization based on the notice to be defined too.

• Feasibility of attaching a trolley to the standby RPV to be explored

• Issuance of work permits, maintaining safety equipment and ensuring work zone safety are to
be the key roles of the selected TCs

• Safety trainings being given to the PBMC contracts is to be redefined

• Supervisors and other departments staff involving in site activities are to be trained regarding
the safety.

• RPOs role in ensuring work zone safety to be redefined and trainings to be given.

• Based on the safety measures defined by HQ maintenance activities being performed are to be
clubbed and performed, the way they are being currently to be reconciled.
