Experience
➢ August 2021 to till date

Working as a administrative & technical assistant to the Project Head of a Toll was company named
as Krishnagiri Thopur Toll Road Pvt Ltd managed by Indinfravit Trust. Coordinating with inter and
intra department in submission of high priority correspondence & Compliance to NHAI and Audits
which are held on various aspects.

Co-ordinating with the project head in evaluating the risks identified by the project members and
preparing a mitigation plan regarding these and assisting the project head in reviewing the traffic &
Revenue growth on monthly basis and Assist the Project Head to provide all inputs and do the
groundwork needed for documentation needed for claims processing. Collaborating with the
departments in compiling the data for Monthly review meetings and Audits being conducted
internally and externally agencies.

Understand System and process in Operation and Maintenance as per SOP. Upgrade knowledge of
relevant codes and good industry practice pertaining to maintenance and other technical works,
IE/NHAI compliance as per CA, update knowledge on Concession Agreement.

I have also played an active part in enabling our SPV in playing an active role in obtaining ISO
Certification for five Standards namely

a. ISO 9001:2015- Quality Management system

b. ISO 14001:2015- Environment Management system
c. ISO 45001: 2018- Occupational Health and Safety Management System
d. ISO 39001:2012- Road Traffic Safety Management System
e. ISO 3100:2018- Risk Management System

and we are the only organization who has obtained an ISO certification for Road traffic safety
management in the roadway infrastructure organizations in India.

I have also gone through internal auditor training and have been certified as internal auditor.

Have also played an active role in enabling the SPV to obtain a consent to operate from Pollution
Control Board Tamil Nadu, making our SPV the 1st of its kind in Tamil Nadu to obtain the certification
from Pollution control Board.

Running a small and growing family-run business entails everything from making deliveries, when
necessary, to meeting corporate customers, to negotiating supply contracts.

During the initial period started learning ropes, by making deliveries and understanding the
demography of the clientele, subsequently engaged with all stakeholders to understand their
expectations and challenges. This helped me gain visibility into the operational environment and the
challenges I had ahead of me. The pivotal point was the re-establishment of customers’ trust in the
business and streamlining of the cash flow and operations. This was the foundation on which I could
then expand and stabilize the business to its current state. The business is currently stable, debt-
free, self-sustaining, and profitable.

B.E PROJECT - Experimental Investigation of Four Stroke Compression Ignition Engine Powered by
Diesel & Ethanol Fuel

A single cylinder air cooled compression ignition engine was tested with diesel and diesel-ethanol
blends for emission results and power output results, Emission results and power output results were
promising when the engine was driven with diesel-ethanol blends.
