write an essay about what you want to change in your


health behavior, you will explain why you need to
change it

The health Behavior that I want to change is eating


instant foods, junk foods and other foods that are not good
to my health. And I know health behavior is very important
and take care health behavior also depends on what
surroundings and to the peoples surrounds you.and lastly I
added skipping exercises or forgot to workout.

Health behavior is the activity undertaken by


individuals for the purpose of maintaining or enhancing
their health, preventing health problems, or achieving a
positive body image. It is not limited to healthy people
trying to stay healthy, but also includes the physically
handicapped and persons with chronic diseases who seek
to control, minimize, or contain their affliction through
positive forms of health behavior, such as diet, exercise,
and avoiding smoking.I want to change my health behavior
because I realize by eating instant and junk foods my body
shape change and I don’t like it and sometimes it cause to
disease who seek to control.

Now I know how health behavior is important why I


need to change my health behavior because instant and
junk foods is really bad for anyone health even if this is
delicious you need to sacrifice and be careful the advisable
to eat is the vegetable, biscuit, fruits not junk and instant
foods.
