Asthma

The main complaints that arise in clients with asthma are dyspnea (can be up to days or months),
cough, wheezing (in some cases more proximal).

2. Pharyngitis

Complaints: Generally say sore throat, spread of pain to the ears, itching / dryness in the throat,
accompanied by fever.

3. Pneumonia

The main complaint of respiratory system disorders, it is important to recognize the general signs
and symptoms of the respiratory system. Included in the main complaints of the respiratory system,
namely coughing, coughing up blood, excessive sputum production, shortness of breath, and chest pain.
The main complaints of ineffective airway clearance are ineffective cough, wheezing, wheezing, or dry
rhonchi, excess sputum (Muttaqin, 2008).

4. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Main complaint:

Complaints that are often complained of by people with obstructive pulmonary disease. Chronic
obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is shortness of breath that gets worse with activity,
sometimes accompanied by wheezing, dry cough or with productive phlegm, a feeling of
heaviness in the chest (PDPI, 2011).
