Rental Agreement

Month-to-month

The rental agreement dated ____________________ is between _______________________ tenant

and _________________ landlord for the rental of the rental of the unit located at

Under this rental agreement that the tenant agrees to rent the above-mentioned residence on a month-
to-month basis with a monthly rental amount of $______________. The monthly rent will be due and
payable on the _________ day of each month starting on the first day of ________ 20____. A
damage deposit is required at the time of signing this rental agreement. The amount of this deposit shall
be $__________. If the rental unit is returned to the landlord in a clean and good condition this
deposit will be refunded to the tenant within _________ days from the date the tenant returns said
keys to the landlord. The tenant or the landlord may terminate this agreement with a __________ day
written notice to the other party. The rental policy shall be made part of this agreement and shall be
binding on all parties.

NB

1. The premises are to be occupied by the above named tenant only. Tenant may not sublet.
2. Subject to the provisions of this Lease, apart from the tenant, no other persons will live in
the property without the prior written permission of the landlord.

The premises should be maintained and kept by the tenant. Pictures will be taken at the time of move-in
and the tenant is 100% responsible for any damages done to the premises.

The tenant acknowledges the reading and understanding this agreement and the rental policy that is
part of this agreement. The tenant’s signature below indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions of
this rental agreement and the rental policy.
