What is your first impression of USM?

I grew up here in the Municipality of Kabacan. Since then I did not expect how
universities are being manage to be active of producing great students. As I grow and
became mature enough to understand the life of a student in different grade levels. I
was impressed on how University of Southern Mindanao manage to soar high with a
thousand of equipped students. It is an honor for me to be accepted as their student.
Why did you choose to study in this university?
Aside for having the University of Southern Mindanao in our town and near where we
reside, they have the quality education that every student needs to be equipped for their
future professions. University of Southern Mindanao always recognized for its greatness
of producing these bunch of talented and successful students. So I choose to trust this
University to help me achieve the profession that I dream.

mission, vision and goals.
MISSION:
 To constantly be striving to be the best version of myself in my studies, with
health and fitness, with my relationships with family and friends and with
emotional well-being. Also leaving a significant change on people’s lives by
enabling the sharing of genuine feelings and providing these people with
consideration, positive emotions, fun and entertainment.
VISION
 To have a good impact to myself and People living around me so I can feel like
productive and contributed something extraordinary. Spreading positivity and
kindness will help the individuals start their day with clear mind and finish the
day with smile on their faces.
GOAL:
 Has a sense of purpose
 Uses time to best ability & sticks to plan
 Fulfills desires and then sets new goals
 Become successful

Activity 2. 1. How do you plan to achieve your goals?

As of now I am a student that’s still learning a lot about striving in life. Things aren’t
going to be easy as it should be in our plans. I will study, give my very best to learn and
get the privilege to achieve my goal. To graduate, work and provide comfortable life for
my family is my primary goal in life.
