Gentlemen,

Having examined the Drawings, Condition of Contract, Specifications, Equipment and Bill of Quantities for
the construction of( Implementation of climate change adaption and mitigation intaitive(plantation-
Dekhaw) we, the undersigned, offer to construct complete and maintain the whole of the said works in
conformity with the said Drawings, Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Equipment Bill of Quantities,
Appendices and Addenda for the sum of :One million one hundred eight thousand six hundred ninety
one point fifty . (1,108,691.50) (AFS) or such other sum as may be ascertained in accordance with the
said Conditions.

2. We undertake if our Tender is accepted to commence the Works within one week of receipt of the letter
of award from the Employer and to complete and deliver the whole of the Works comprised in the
Contract within 120 days calculated from the last day of the aforesaid period in which the works are to
be commenced.

3. We agree to abide by this Bid for the period of 120 days from the date fixed for receiving the same and
it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the expiry of that period.

4. Unless and until a formal Agreement is prepared and executed, this Bid, together with your written
acceptance thereof, shall constitute a binding Contract between us.

5. We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any tender you may receive.
