VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Ministry of Law and Justice invites applications from dynamic professionals
for the following posts on merit basis:-

Details including required qualifications and Conditions to apply are available on

required criteria should submit their application on the prescribed format alongwith
CVs and attested copies of relevant certificates and documents, within fifteen (15)
days of publication of the advertisement at the address given below. Envelops
should clearly indicate the specific "name of the post" against which application is
being submitted. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The Ministry

1. SENIOR LEGISLATIVE ADVISOR (MP-I) (01 post)

QUALIFICATION: LLM from HEC recognized university.

EXPERIENCE: At least ten (10) years of experience in Legislative Drafting in public or


private sector.

The candidate must have following professional credentials:


Commitment to professionalism, discipline and integrity.
Preferably having understanding of policy and regulatory matters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
effectively at national and international fora.
Strong leadership and team work skills.

CONDITIONS TO APPLY
In case of selection, candidates working in public / private Sector will have to either
resign or seek retirement from their posts/service before joining new assignment.
NOC from present employer, in case of Government Servants is mandatory at time
of applying.
The initial period of contract appointment is two years.
Salary package/benefits as admissible under the Government MP Scale package.
2. SENIOR CONSULTANT (CONTRACT) (MP-I SCALE) (01 post)

QUALIFICATION: LLM from HEC recognized university.

EXPERIENCE: At least ten (10) years of experience in commercial and corporate


matters in public or private sector.

The candidate must have following professional credentials:


Experience of vetting or drafting of Agreements, MOUs and Contracts.
Commitment to professionalism, discipline and integrity.
Preferably having understanding of policy and regulatory matters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
effectively at national and international fora.
Strong leadership and team work skills.

EXPERIENCE: At least seven (07) years of experience dealing with civil, criminal,
service, corporate, commercial and contractual matters.

The candidate must have following professional credentials:

Preferably having understanding of policy and regulatory matters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
effectively at national and international fora.
Strong leadership and team work skills.

QUALIFICATION: Law graduate, preferably LLM from HEC recognized university.

EXPERIENCE: Atleast five (05) years of experience dealing with civil, criminal, service,
corporate, commercial and contractual matters.

The candidate must have following professional credentials:


1. Commitment to professionalism, discipline and integrity.
2. Preferably having understanding of policy and regulatory matters.
3. Experience to coordinate, organize and conduct stakeholder consultations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
effectively at national and international fora.
5. Strong leadership and team work skills.

6. MONITORING UNIT EXPERT (MP-III SCALE) (02 posts)

QUALIFICATION: MBA or MPA or Masters in Project Management from a recognized


university with monitoring and evaluation as a subject.

EXPERIENCE: Atleast five (05) years of experience of formulating monitoring and


evaluation framework methodologies or development of key performance indicators.

The candidate must have following professional credentials:


Commitment to professionalism, discipline and integrity.
Preferably having understanding of policy and regulatory matters.
Experience to coordinate, organize and conduct stakeholder consultations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
effectively at national and international fora.
Strong leadership and team work skills.
