In the exigency of service, you are hereby directed to render duties in different
vaccination hub of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, giving vaccine to targeted individual
in different categories, assessment and registration, and do post monitoring. Scheduled of
duties will be render 8 hours or more 5 days in a week as deemed necessary.

KIMARAYAG FROM JANUARY UNTIL JUNE 2022

unit in Barangay Kimarayag. To cater Covid Positive Cases, do monitoring refer patient
to other facility if deemed necessary and do contact tracing, data collection and reporting.
Schedule of duties will be render 8-16 hours as deemed necessary.
