That now and hereinafter said vendees shall be the absolute owners of the
subject of sale hereof and that we shall warrant and defend their ownership
against the claims of all persons whomsoever;

Deeds for the Calamba Branch under Act 496.

above-mentioned property to Roderick Romero Elas and Nurissa Haradji Armas;
