INTRODUCTION:
Samsung is a south korean multinational company those starting its business as a small
trading company and right now becoming world largest corporation. the company deals with
its business in several sectors. The company was established in 1969 in suwon, south korea
and known globally for its electronic products. The company runs its operations and sales its
products in 61 countries with approx 160,000 employees in all over the world. Samsung also
is the sponsor of several sports teams, such as the chelsea football club. in december 2018 the
company announced a launch of new 5G smartphone, which took place in 2019.

NEEDS:
1.STATED NEEDS-The customer wants devices which gives more newer and special
features in apple products.
2.REAL NEEDS-The customer wants it in very affordable prices but also with good quality.
3.UNSTATED NEEDS-The customer expects to get good service from the dealer.
4.DELIGHT NEEDS-The customer always be excited to get some new features.
