BEED- III

Every child is different a teacher must always see them in there different
ways and different capabilities maybe the weakness of other student is the
strength of other student and the strength of other student is the weakness of
the other student too. I say this because as a future teacher and as a teacher it is
really essential to always think your student on this way because nothing in this
world is the same. Also the role of the teachers is to educate and teach their
student not to comparing and discriminate the capabilities of their student. So
when it comes in knowing if the learning outcome is good or not, I strongly
believe that if the learning outcome is good it can be seen of coarse first to the
students performance inside the classroom. We cant evaluate it by just wanted
them that our student know and understand detail by deatail of every inch of
your discussion only but of coarse we can see it if the student at least have
remembered and have an idea about the certain lesson or topic given by the
teacher. It is measures by their own understanding to perform a good learning
outcomes.Like for example a student who is confident to answer the teachers
questions on a simplest way but at least connected to the topic we can also define
it as a good learning outcomes because a confident student signifies that he/she
is not afraid to answer the certain questions because they know from their selves
that they can apply their listening skills to their teacher to answer the said
question and specially we will know if the learning outcome is bad when the
student can't at least have an idea about the things when it comes to their topic
and it is maybe a result of not listening of the student during the discussion and
maybe it causes if the teaching styles of a teacher is not effective for the said
student. But if you see that you can't achieve learning outcomes that you are
expected by the student of coarse you need to find other ways for the sake of
improvenes of the learning outcomes of your students.
