terms of use ('Terms'), and by using this Site you confirm that you have read and
agreed to these Terms. You may print and keep a copy of these Terms, which are a legal

Examinations Council of Lesotho reserves the right to change the Terms at its
discretion by changing them on this web page of the Site, and it is your responsibility
to check the Terms regularly to take notice of any changes made by us, as they are
binding on you.

If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions in these Terms you must cease
use of the Site immediately.

1.1 The user acknowledges and agrees that this are candidates provisional results and
not final results and Examinations Council of Lesotho reserves the right to hereinafter
issue the lawful final results in the candidates certificate, which may in cases be similar
or different to those appearing electronically, and all information on this site is
provided, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but
not limited to, the implied warranties of accuracy of information.

1.2 You acknowledge that any reliance on any information or other material contained
on this Site is entirely at your own risk and all other warranties, undertakings,
conditions and terms, express or implied, whether by common law, statute, custom,
trade usage, course of dealings or otherwise (including without limitation as to quality,
fitness for purpose, performance or suitability for purpose) in respect of the Site are
hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1.3 You agree and acknowledge that Examinations Council of Lesotho shall, under no
circumstances be liable to you for damages of any kind by reason of or in connection
with the use or inability to use the site, including but not limited to direct, indirect,
special, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, economic or consequential
loss whatsoever; loss of revenue; loss of business; loss of Goodwill or reputation; loss
of use; any deletion, corruption, destruction, loss or removal of data or any
professional charges.
1.4 You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that the Site will always be available to
you, owing to the nature of the internet. In addition, you acknowledge that the Site
may be unavailable owing to maintenance, but where possible we will carry out such
maintenance outside core operating hours, and we will try to minimise the period of

representations regarding the accuracy, validity or reliability of the candidate’s results
as posted in this site.

1.6 You expressly understand and agree that any material downloaded or otherwise
obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and
that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of
data that results from the download of any such material.

1.7 It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of

any information, opinion, advice or other content available through this site. Please
seek the advice of Examinations Council of Lesotho, as appropriate, regarding the
