QUANTITY DESCRIPTION STORE PRICE TOTAL COST 3 Do your usual grocery list, name the column as Quantity, Description, Store Price and Total Cost. (use column A to D)
3 Put a title on the top of your list "My Grocery List".
1 PLASTIC CONDEMENTS 30 30 3 Fill up the 'Description' column with ten(10) items you want to include in your grocery list.
1 KL FISH 120.00/KILO 120 3 Fill up the 'Quantity' column with the count of the item you want to purchase.
1/4 KL GARLIC 200/KILO 50 3 Fill up the 'Store Price' column with the single estimated price of each item.
1 LIT MINERAL WATER 62/BOT 62 1 Use a formula(multiplication) to automatically compute the total cost of purchases of per item.
1/4 KL ONIONS 200/KL 50 3 Under the grocery list, write 'Total' on the Quantity column.
4 CANS SARDINES 16/PC 64 2 Use a formula to sum up the total cost of your purchases listed on the grocery list. (put it under the last row of Total Cost column)

3 At the upper-left corner of your grocery list, but below the title, put a date.
Over All 4 The date format should be MM-DD-YYYY
Legend Score Rate 5 Italicize the text
Very Good 17 61% 4 Apply "all border" to your grocery list to be it look like a table.
Good 4 14% 4 Format as Accounting, the values on the Store Price column and on the Total Cost column.
Fair 7 25% 4 Color the row that contains column titles. (pick your desired color)
5 Bold the text on the column titles and set its font size to 15.
Category Rating 5 Bold the text on the last row containing the total cost of purchases of your grocery list.
1 Basic Formula 4 3 Fit the text per every column
2 Advance Formula 4 1 (lowest) 3 Center the texts of your Grocery list
3 Excel Familiarity 7 10 (highest)
4 Data formatting 5 Part 3
5 Cell Formatting 10 4 Apply filter on the column titles of your grocery list.
0.6 4 Sort the data on Description column from A to Z.
3 Add an another sheet to this workbook and rename it as 'Part 3'.
Prepared by: Armando Cortez Jr. 3 Rename this sheet as 'My Grocery List'.
3 Select then copy the grocery list and paste it to 'Sheet 2(Part 3); cell A1' .
3 Save the file as 'My Grocery List - <date>'.
