Bridget was making a big feast yesterday for Thanksgiving!

1. The turkey needed to be defrosted for 10 hours. If she planned to start cooking
the turkey at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, when did she start to defrost the turkey?

2. Bridget started baking the turkey at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and it was done at
half past seven. How long did it take to bake the turkey?

3. Her guests were at her house at 3:30 in the afternoon and stayed for 6 hours.
When did the guests leave?

4. She took out a cream pie from the freezer and thawed it for half an hour. If she
served it at half past eight in the evening, at what time did she take out the cream
pie?

5. There are two loads of dishes. The first one took an hour to clean and the second
load took one and a half hours to clean. Bridget started the first load at half past
nine. At what time did she finish both loads of dishes?
