Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 21 s. 2019 which provides the guidelines on the
implementation of Inclusive Education specially on Special Education, Talomo B
District is one with the DepEd’s vision to strengthen the program and raise
awareness. It was observed that there are learners that manifest difficulties in various
areas and that they must receive appropriate interventions to achieve notable
improvement. Further, issuances of DO 21 s. 2020 and DO 44 s. 2021 also provides
Rationale guidelines as to implementation of special education and its program delivery. To
successfully implement this, the teachers who are the front liners in the
implementation of such program have to be oriented on Special Education.

As such, a District-wide orientation of school heads and school SPED Coordinators

shall be held. Strict compliance to IATF protocols is adhered.

1. To orient School Heads and School SPED Coordinators on Special Education

program.
Objectives 2. To capacitate teachers on the guidelines of the sped program implementation with
reference to DO 44 s. 2021and DO 21 s 2020
3. To raise awareness of the special education program.
