 Advantages of trade agreement

 Demographics of the Asian countries attractive for future trade development

 Challenges accepted by Red fish-Blue fish

 Conclusion
Answer1. The benefits of such an agreement, which include the reduction of trade barriers and

the promotion of a flow of goods and services, may be extremely beneficial to the participating

nations, according to the Absolute and Comparative advantage case study. Long-term benefits

like lower prices, better working conditions, and economic growth are expected to help ease

any short-term financial strain. A company like Red Fish and Blue Fish would benefit from a

trade agreement by primarily increasing their overall revenues. This is because more trade

results in more products being sold to more people, which means more sales. Asian nations are

most interested in future trade development for the size of the potential workforce.

Answer2. One of the most important characteristics of Asian populations is the size of the

potential workforce. The middle age of some of these nations is just as important as their level

of education. Asia has seen the most growth in gross domestic product (gdp), which ranges

from 5 to 8 percent. Asia is able to invest more because it has more resources. Because China's

economy is two and a half times larger than India's, it is growing faster, and it is more

integrated with the rest of the world, it will have the greatest impact on Asia and the Pacific.

Answer3. Like many small businesses, they would undoubtedly be put to the test by a lack of

expertise and inability to seize every opportunity. However, businesses have been using

middlemen and the internet to make purchases or sales in these nations, and they can continue

to do so. As businesses become busier and place a greater emphasis on outsourcing, which

primarily involves manufacturing, the supply chain and customer-related activities are

impacted. This also involves some logistical tasks, primarily order placement and fulfilment,

storage, and transportation. The parties involved must work together and uphold customer
service standards to accomplish this. The red and blue fish make every effort to coordinate their

supply chains at both ends because they are aware that this is their biggest challenge.

Conclusion- In the world of the supply chain, strategic goals, the functions and processes of the

supply chain, the expectations of stakeholders, efficient communication, decision-making, and

time management, are crucial components. These aspects have the potential to benefit the

worker over the long term. Red Fish Blue Fish greatly benefits from the trade agreement's

availability of numerous markets and opportunities. The trade agreement brings together 12

nations and may have significant sales and supply chain effects for Red Fish Blue Fish.
