The type of posts which get maximum engagement on LinkedIn:

1. The Blog Post

Post interesting contents which could reach more people with relevant topics. The
first two lines should be more appealing and interesting enough to make the viewers
read the rest of the post.things to be taken care while posting:
● Giving enough space after each sentence i.e., giving space after each line will
make the post more interesting.
● Make the first two lines interesting for reading the rest.
● Should not include any unnecessary words which is against the algorithm of the
linkedin contest checking system.

2. Polls

Trends are a great space to start for new events. Some things which makes the poll
interesting are:
● While giving a poll on a specific topic we need to write our opinion and should
ask the viewers opinion to make the poll more interesting and engaging.
● Polls shall be posted at least one in a week and it shall be open for 2 weeks for
leveraging the polls and to get more engagement.

3. PDF Carousel

It is more of a visual type of engagement, as it shows as a slide show of the pdf we


upload. Things to be taken care while handling this are :
● Giving catche colors for the background and giving proper titles.
● Giving a list of things step by step to accomplish anything will make a good will to
the audiences.
● Giving contacts for getting more services will make the post more engaging.

4. Video

Videos make the audience connect more comfortably to the blogger. While posting
video contents we have to make a note on :
● Not giving any external site’s link on the post, it decreases the engagement as
per the policies of linkedin.
● Giving the external site’s link on the comment section will do the thing.
● Giving the time of the video in the content will make the post better and also the
content should be short ( maximum upto 5 min).
● Video should be created in such a way that the content should be understood by
the viewer’s even without the sound. Adding subtitles will do the thing for people
who mutes the sound and watch the video.
● Linkedin lives and short form videos also perform well in engaging the people.

5. Article

Compared with the other post’s, articles do get that much engagement. As the long
form of content may be the thing, but when we make the content more engaging with the
appearance wise, it also engages with the other peers out of the network.

6. Photos and Graphics

Photos and graphics also can engage with people both content wise and also
appearance wise. Photos which tell accurate content in a pleasing manner is good for
more people to get engaged with.

Day 4 Videos Giving the service of our product in a small way.

Day 5 Blog post Give a detailed post on a trending news and give
the external link on the comment section and
attract people to the page.

Day 6 Photos Give a attractive post in regards of the the new


technological news

Day 7 Blog post Post regarding the service of the product in a short
manner.
