LOAN AGREEMENT

For value received, I, MR. LOURENZ JUSTINIANI DEBIL (Party A), a resident of
65 SEABREAM ST., PHASE 3, DECA RESORTS AND RESIDENCES, PAVIA,
ILOILO, promise to pay MR. RICHMOND BAYANI FAJARDO (Party B), a
resident of JARO, ILOILO CITY, the amount of FIVE HUNDRED NINETY TWO
THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 592,000.00) on or before MAY 15, 2020.

A monthly payment of TWENTY THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS

(PHP 23,500.00) shall be made by PARTY A to PARTY B via BANK DEPOSITS
every 15TH OF EACH MONTH from JUNE 2019 to MAY 2020 and the remaining
THREE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 310,000.00) shall be made via
BANK DEPOSIT on the 15TH DAY OF MAY 2020.

IN WITNESS WHEREFORE, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 15TH day of
MAY 2019 at ILOILO CITY, PHILIPPINES.
