within 10 days of due date. All material will remain the property of Tuozzo Design & Construc�on Inc. un�l payment is recieved in full. Right of
Access and Removal igranted to Tuozzo Design & Contruc�on Inc. in the event of nonpayment per the terms of this contract. The customer
agrees to pay all interest and any costs incurred in the collec�on of this debt including reasonable a�orney fees. If the customer refuses to allow
Tuozzo Design & Construc�on Inc. to begin work or complete work already begun, or to accept materials contracted for, customer agrees to pay
liquidated damages of a sum equal to 33 1/3% of en�re contract price plus cost of materials and labor already furnished or in progress.

TION LIEN LAW IS COMPLEX, AND IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CONSULT AN ATTORNEY
