In a relief food programme running in drought-hit areas in Sub-Saharan African countries, a

database has a list of all the members of the community benefiting from the program. Most of the

members of these communities have similar names and come in all genders. Therefore, the only

way of actually keeping track of them is assigning IDs. The IDs, dubbed BeneficiaryID,

identifies each beneficiary of the programme in a system where most members have similar

names. The ID is unique for each beneficiary.
