GNR Agro Industries to establish and to operate their unit at Sy. No. 336/A2, Bibipet (V), Kalher (M), Sangareddy District in an area of about 3031.97 SQMTS. for the manufacture of Rice - 32TPD with plant & machinery cost of Rs. 21.21 Lakhs is hereby acknowledged as the unit is not covered under Schedule No. IV & II of above said Rules. This acknowledgement shall be treated as consent of Telangana State Pollution Control Board, subject to the following conditions. 1. In case, of any expansion or change in manufacturing process, raw materials or products, a fresh application shall be submitted. 2. All the rules notified by the State and Central Governments under Environmental laws from time to time, which are applicable to this unit shall be complied with. 3. The industry shall comply with general standards notified by the Ministry of Environment & Forest. Government of India vide extra ordinary Gazetted Notified No. 174, Dated 19th May, 1993 as amended from time to time. 4, The unit should not be established in residential area or close to sensitive areas such as Hospitals, Monuments, Schools, Zoological Parks, etc., 5. The industry shall take appropriate measures to control dust emissions and not cause any dust nuisance in the surrounding area. 6. The industry shall obtain consent of the Board if the unit exceeds the investment and turnover limit considered for categorization of the unit into SSI. 7. This order is issued from Pollution Control point of view only zoning and other regulation are not considered. 8. The Officials of Telangana State Pollution Control Board may inspect the unit at any time to verify the compliance status and may also stipulate such conditions as are deemed to be fit To, M/s.
