GUIDELINES FOR THE MCLEODGANJ TRIP

1. The students are required to carry their Aadhar card along with them.
2. The photocopy of the Aadhar card MUST be submitted to the teacher incharge.
3. The students are requested to travel light as they will be responsible for taking care of their
own luggage. We would recommend carrying either one big bag or one small suitcase.
4. The students must carry decent, casual and comfortable clothing.
5. Masks, sanitizers and other items of personal hygiene should be carried.
6. The students are NOT allowed to carry expensive gadgets or electronic devices, gold
jewellery, etc with them. In case of any loss, it will NOT be the school’s responsibility.
7. Mobile phones are allowed to be carried. Please be mindful of its use though.
8. The mobile phones should be well charged before leaving for sight seeing.
9. In case a student has any prescribed medicines, they need to carry it from Jammu itself as the
same medicine may or may not be available there.
10. In case a student is allergic to any substance, they need to inform their teacher incharge about
the same before the trip.
11. The reporting time is 6:30 am at the Fortune Rivera on 1st Nov. All the students are required
to reach on time so that the seats can be alloted and there is no confusion.
12. The parents are requested not to accompany the students inside the bus as it would lead to
lot of crowding.
13. During the bus journey the students are requested to restrict themselves to their respective
seats only. No change of seats will be allowed.
14. No relatives or friends will be allowed to meet the students at any point during the journey.
Parents are requested to ensure the same.
15. The parents will be intimated about the arrival and departure of the students in the WhatsApp
by the teacher in charge.
16. The students are required to be at their best behaviour at all times.
