Guideline on How to Perform Cooking Test

1. Cooking test will be done base on information as follow:


a. Requirement for FG & RAW.
b. Cooking test request form
c. Information communicated from time to time.

2. From no.1, QC personal will determine all the details needed for cooking test as
follow:
a. Cooking test objective
b. Sample
c. Panel tester
d. Scoresheet
e. Cooking test tools and equipment

3. Before engaging in testing the rice sample, QC personal must brief all the involving
panel what is the objective of the test conducted. Please explain that the scoring
needs to be done based on their own perception and not to be discussed during
scoring. (This is crucial to avoid biased)

4. After panel tester has completed the scoring sheet, QC personal needs to gather all
the data and presenting it in the form of spreadsheet excel as being distributed by the
Quality Assurance Unit.**

5. Please note that any Benchmark Quality is for QC personal reference ONLY. This
must NOT be DISCLOSED to the member of Panel Tester by any means.

6. All cooking test result must be communicated within 3 days after the test is
conducted.

** Any changes will be communicated from time to time
